Who is Xavier Brachet, its founder?

Xavier Brachet was head of operations for 20 years, then manager of the digital laboratory in the post-production company Mikros Image.

Setting up technical and human resources as well as manufacturing methodologies
Hired and managed a team of about 30 people on several sites

As a project manager and Product Owner, he designed, implemented and monitored a programme file delivery solution for broadcasters, a production storage management solution and a Media Asset Management solution. Xavier Brachet is involved in different work groups with CST, SMPTE and FICAM on IMF (Interoperable Master Format), on digital archiving of audiovisual works and on future technical recommendations related to UHD delivery file formats.

He previously worked as Technical Director for a production company API / TAXI PRODUCTIONS (Virtual Studio, Real Time 3D Animation, Documentaries and Event-based Music Shows); and also for IMAGE ON AIR / AIR PRODUCTIONS (Live and recorded music and entertainment shows).

Xavier Brachet began his career as a mobile control room manager and vision engineer at Video Communication France, a company now acquired by EURO MEDIA GROUP and AMP VISUAL TV.
